Following our Rare Disease Day initiative, the EffRx team came together to officially hand over a donation of CHF 2,000, raised by our employees, to SHG Wegweiser – Schweizer Selbsthilfegruppe für Krankheiten der Hypophyse und/oder Nebennieren1, which supports individuals with pituitary and adrenal gland conditions across Switzerland.
This moment reflects the collective spirit at EffRx and our shared commitment to supporting organizations that accompany patients navigating these conditions with empathy, knowledge, and lived experience.
Through patient stories shared by SHG Wegweiser, we gained valuable insight into the daily challenges faced by people living with rare diseases — experiences that moved us deeply.
Drawing on practical experience, SHG Wegweiser supports newly diagnosed patients in many ways, including recognizing warning signs, assessing dose increases, managing emergency situations, and building confidence in living with their disease.
