Laura Spalding, CPA, Vice President of Finance and Controller and Secretary — Mrs. Spalding has over 5 years of combined experience in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in their respective Health Care groups.  Mrs. Spalding also spent one year with Ocwen Financial Corporation in both the corporate accounting and SEC reporting groups.  Mrs. Spalding is a graduate of Auburn University and has a Master of Accountancy from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting.
