Christer Rosén, Chairman and
CEO, Treasurer and Founder. Mr. Rosén served as a
Director and Executive Vice President of Top Source
Technologies between April 1988 and June 1997 and as
President for its automotive division from 1991 to 1997.
Top Source Technologies was a supplier to the
automotive industry. Under Mr. Rosén's leadership
the company received Chrysler's top award, the Gold
Pentastar Award, two years in a row for quality and service.
Between 1984 and 1988 Mr. Rosén funded and ran B&R
International Imports, which merged with the publicly
traded company, Top Source Technologies. Between 1971
and 1983 he founded seven companies in Sweden in various
businesses before he moved to the United States.
Mr. Rosén has a degree in computer programming and
system analysis from Lund University, Sweden.

| Jacob Uittenbogaard
, Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Uittenbogaard most recently served
as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
R.J. Reynolds International Inc., responsible for the
finance, planning and manufacturing functions of a $ 4
billion multi-national corporation. He joined RJRI in
The Netherlands in 1973, as Chief Financial Officer for the
Dutch operation, moved to Geneva, Switzerland early 1980, as
Controller for RJRI's Europe, Middle East and Africa
businesses, and moved to the United States in 1983 as Group
Director of Finance, where he was promoted to Chief Financial
Officer for the worldwide operations in 1987. Mr.
Uittenbogaard retired from RJRI in December 2000. |
Marshall
Hayward, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer and Vice
President, Business Development. Dr.
Hayward has over 20 years of international experience in
the pharmaceutical and health care industries, specifically
in pharmaceutical discovery, product development, and
commercialization.   Most recently he served as Vice
President of Business Development for Hurley Consulting
Associates, Ltd., a specialist pharmaceutical consulting
firm.   He served as Director of New Business
Development at Rhodia Pharmaceutical Ingredients.  
At SmithKline Beecham (UK), he was Director and Vice
President, Analgesics Research and Development.   He
was a senior scientist in wound healing research and
development at Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Hayward began
his career at Ayerst Laboratories Research and Wyeth-Ayerst
Laboratories.   Dr. Hayward received a doctoral degree
in biochemistry from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign and did postdoctoral work there in
molecular biology. He holds a bachelor's degree in
biochemistry from Michigan State University.

Laura Spalding, CPA,
Vice President of Finance and Secretary, has over 5 years of
combined experience in public accounting with Ernst & Young
LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in their respective Health
Care groups. Mrs. Spalding also spent one year with
Ocwen Financial Corporation in both the corporate
accounting and SEC reporting groups. Mrs. Spalding is
a graduate of Auburn University and has a Master of
Accountancy from the University of Florida's Fisher School
of Accounting.

| Anders Wiklund,
President, Director and Senior Advisor. Mr. Wiklund has been an
advisor to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries
since January of 1997 when he formed Wiklund International
Inc. Mr. Wiklund served as president of Pharmacia
Development Corporation from August 1993 to December 1994,
as executive vice president of Pharmacia US Inc. from
January 1995 to December 1995 and as Vice president of
Pharmacia & Upjohn from January 1995 to 1996. Between
1984 and 1993, he was President & CEO of Kabi Vitrum, Inc.
and Kabi Pharmacia, Inc. Mr. Wiklund currently serves
as a director of InSite Vision Inc., Medivir Ab Ribozyme
Pharmaceuticals Inc., Bioreason Inc. and Glyco Design Inc.
He was also a co-founder and director of Esperion
Therapeutics. He has a Master of Pharmacy from the
Pharmaceutical Institute in Stockholm and studied business
administration at the University of Stockholm. |
| Carl-Gustaf Johansson,
Director. Mr. Johansson served as CEO of Astra Zeneca,
United States and Executive Vice President of global Astra
Zeneca PLC between 1999 and 2001 when he retired after 38
years with the company. He served as CEO of Astra US
between 1998 and 1999. Mr. Johansson was Head of
Corporate Marketing, Strategy and Business Development and
had regional responsibility for Southern and Central Europe
between 1996 and 1998. Between 1989 and 1996, he served
in France as Regional Marketing Director for Southern Europe.
Between 1963 and 1989, Mr. Johansson held various
positions within the Astra organization including
President of Astra Draco, Lund, Sweden, President of
Astra do Brazil and Head of Budget and Planning at Astra AB. |
| Jesper Parnevik,
Vice Chairman and founder. Mr. Parnevik was actively
involved in development of the original vitamin products
and delivery system. Mr. Parnevik is one of the top
golfers in the world with ten international victories.
He has a special interest in general health issues,
particularly the health of children. |
