Through licensing and development agreements, EffRx customers have affordable, low risk opportunities to quickly improve their products.  EffRx has established a strong deal with Nycomed, to develop and commercialize our lead product EX101, which covers most territories in the world. EffRx is actively screening potential partners for the USA and Japan.

Intellectual Property

Issued and pending patents of Merck &  Co. covering effervescent bisphosphonate are exclusively  licensed to EffRx on a worldwide basis. EffRx has also several patent applications pending, one of  which for EX101 has received Notice of Allowance by the US Patent Office.
