Through licensing and development agreements, EffRx customers have affordable, low risk opportunities to quickly improve their products. EffRx has established strong partnerships with Takeda Pharmaceuticals International GmBH and Mission Pharmacal, to develop and commercialize our lead product EX101, which covers most territories in the world (Europe, Russia, the Middle East, North Africa, Latin America, some countries in Asia, the United States and Canada) . EffRx is actively screening potential partners for Japan.
Intellectual Property
Issued and pending patents of Merck & Co. covering effervescent bisphosphonate are exclusively licensed to EffRx on a worldwide basis. EffRx also has several patent applications pending, one of which for EX101 has received Notice of Allowance by the US Patent Office.
